Not Happy WIih This New "Tree Runner"
I am so disappointed in these shoes. I have worn Tree Runners for years and when I went to buy them again recently, I had to get this new version. I have short, wide feet (partly due to bunions) and the original Tree Runners were so comfortable and supportive for me. I could be on my feet all day and my feet did not hurt at the end of a long day. I have been wearing these new TR's inside the house to test them and try to break them in. Unfortunately, I can currently only tolerate about 2 hours before I need to take them off because of significant pain in my feet especially my bunions. The length on these shoes are fine and most likely the same as the old TR's but the width must be less since they feel so much tighter on my forefoot. It's great to design and implement new shoes, but if you do change the shoe that much, please keep making the original shoe. I am happy I spent the $3 to be able to return them free of charge since it looks like that will be necessary.
