I had to send these back. I bought my first pair of Allbirds in 2017 and currently have nine pairs. I have been loyal to Allbirds, they are the only shoe I wear. One of the reasons is that I can count on Allbirds to have quality comfortable shoes. I was excited to purchase these yellow shoes. Glad to see some color again as your current color palette looks like boring fifties black and white TV. My shoes arrived with a crushed box. As soon as I opened the box I saw that these shoes had been made with all kinds of cost cutting measures. Starting with the box, not the sturdy box I was used to. And where are the graphics on the inside? The shoes were not the quality I had come to expect from Allbirds. The back tab was just glued on. There was polyester added to the wool, they lacked the comfort of all wool. And there were cheap polyester shoe laces, not the round ones from the past. I have loved my Allbirds. I have raved about them to everyone, creating many new diehard Allbirds fans over the years. It makes me sad that I can no longer recommend them or trust that I will get a quality shoe if I order again.

Women’s Wool Cruiser Disappointed with the colour. The advertising of the new vibrant colours shows a bright clear red not the distinctive motley red pattern on the shoes I received. The return process of the shoes proved to be both frustrating and time consuming. When querying the delay of refund I was told that the return depot had not received my return and for me to provide a tracking number as prove of return. Tracking showed that the shoes had actually arrived at the returns depot 7days earlier. A full refund was awarded stating that it may take 10 days to process. Hooray for PayPal. The refund came 24 hours later. I have not received an explanation or apology for the errors made in this return process. I find it hard to believe that Allbirds could not track this return considering they supplied me with the return post label with order and tracking number printed on it. I have been an Allbirds customer since its conception. This recent experience will make me be very cautious of shopping with Allbirds in the future. Jane

Colorful and Comfy!

Such a fun shoe!! These are comfortable and vibrant, and I get lots of compliments on them when I wear them out. I adore the particular shade of yellow and it's quite fun to either match looks to the color, or utilize the shoe as a fun accent pop to a neutral outfit.
