Damaged on arrival difficult customer service

I love this dress, it’s so cute and fits me well. Unfortunately, it is very poorly constructed and cheap. It arrived with a hole in the lace and the stitching was unraveling in the chest area. So not made well at all but dang it’s cute. So I submit a claim and request an exchange, 5 days later I still don’t know what’s going on with my exchange. I just want the dress I paid for but no one responds to me to explain what’s happening and now my order is pending and I have a dress I can’t wear.

Beautiful dress, didn't work for me

I'm a size 6/8 (34DD, 29" waist, 38" hips), 5'8", tops and dresses are typically to long in the shoulders for me, straps fall off my shoulders, etc. This was too tight in the shoulders and around the bust. the lower button on the back was tight and uncomfortable, I felt like I could rip the dress if I pulled my arms forward quickly. It was just not the right fit. Otherwise the dress was well made and really pretty and fit well, the waist area was a little loose. This was a return for me.

SO FLATTERING!

I can’t believe how beautiful this dress fits. The top is a little revealing but if you buy a bra the same. Olor as the top mesh portion you won’t be able to tell at all. I’m a 5’9” tall and usually wear a size 10. I got a size L and it was perfect.

hard to wear

It’s so beautiful dress, but it’s hard to wear for single woman. The buttons are very small, making it nearly impossible for you to fasten them on your own from behind. It’s unsuitable for a woman living alone — you would need a second person to help you button it up. Beautiful as it may be, and perfect as the fit might feel.

Gorgeous and classy dress

I ordered the black one in XS. I’m about 5’6” and 120 lbs, 34D on top. It fit me perfectly. I love the back of the dress, it’s a cute cutout. The buttons are a little pesky but I slid the dress on and only had to unbutton the top two buttons. I wish the green and blue ones weren’t sold out because I’d buy those too!
