Elegant but “lived in”
Ok I was a little worried about these based on other reviews about how wrinkly they get. Honestly if you’re into linen you know it wrinkles and that’s just the fact of it. So if you typically like the lived in look of linen you’ll love these with the addition of a little bit more structure than the typical linen pant. I’ve gotten so many compliments on them! I find steaming them helps, I will say after washing them they were soooo wrinkled and took a bit more effort to get back into shape but I tossed in the dryer with a damp cloth for a few minutes to soften and then steam and low ironed the rest out and they look great. I’m a 28 Jean, sometimes a 29 depending on the fit and the 6 fits perfectly just at/below my belly button. I’m also quite tall and was worried they would be too short on me but they hit perfectly at the ankle and are very cute with sandals or a low heel.

Good style but way too much fabric and it stretches out so much
I bought these in black and henna red-both colors are perfect. The fabric is light and breezy, perfect for a hot summer day. Length hits me at the ankle; perfect for my 5'5" height. Waist is snug enough to not feel loose goosy but also not so tight it binds. Cut is nice in the rear end. The legs though. . I have thick thighs and even on my body, there is SO MUCH FABRIC. Also, the fabric stretches out so much that it felt like they were 2 sizes larger by the end of the day. I felt like I was wearing a sack and it was almost embarrassing and comical how much they bagged out. These are almost the perfect pants if you just stand there and don't move all day. I will be donating both pairs because I can't return them since I have washed and worn them. Actually, I only wore the black pair and the henna red I won't even bother wearing them. Oh well, Everlane, you got a really good sale off of me but I won't be recommending or returning due to the overwhelming disappointment in the goods.
